Compounding Manager - 2nd Shift

The Compounding Manager oversees the operations of the Compounding department across the 1st and 2nd floors, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality product batches to Production while maintaining strict standards for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. This role involves leading a team of supervisors, compounders, and sanitizers, managing training, compliance, and performance evaluations. The position requires close collaboration with Quality Assurance, Production, and Scheduling teams to meet production goals and implement corrective actions.
