Penn State’s Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) is hiring a Department Head for the Comprehensive Software Solutions Department within the Spectrum and Signatures Solutions Division. This leader will oversee a software-focused R&D organization supporting tactical, deployable military systems across land, air, maritime, and space domains. The role partners closely with the division director and external sponsors/contractors and may be filled as a Research and Development Engineer or non-tenure Research Faculty position.
