Computer User Support

This role provides technical support to end users via phone, Microsoft Teams, email, and in person, assisting with computer systems, hardware, and software issues. The position involves troubleshooting, documenting and resolving IT problems, and delivering desktop equipment across the Kennedy Space Center. It requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.
