Concierge Specialist

The Concierge Specialist provides attentive, personalized service to members and guests at Old Edwards Reserve at Lake Keowee, coordinating requests, reservations, and communications to create a welcoming environment. This full-time role supports the Club’s service standards by managing member inquiries, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a professional lobby and copy room. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
