About this role

The Conference Services Manager at Four Seasons Maui serves as the primary liaison for group clients, overseeing the planning and execution of meetings, incentive programs, and special events from contract turnover through departure. Reporting to the Director of Conference Services, this role collaborates closely with Sales and operational teams to ensure seamless program delivery while protecting revenue and maintaining luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of group programs from contract turnover to departure
Serve as primary contact for meeting planners and group clients throughout the planning process
Coordinate program requirements across Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Rooms, Finance, and AV teams
Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event details, and operational timelines
Facilitate pre-conference and resume meetings to align departments for successful execution
