The Configuration Management Process Owner provides end-to-end ownership, governance, and continual improvement of the Configuration Management practice. This role ensures that processes, procedures, controls, and supporting CMDB capabilities are designed and maintained to support reliable IT services and business outcomes. The position involves working across service delivery, platform, architecture, security, and customer teams to promote consistent process adoption and oversee configuration data quality, compliance, and improvement priorities.
