Configuration Specialist

This role supports the Director of Revenue Cycle Management by configuring the NextGen practice management system to ensure accurate billing, payment posting, and claims processing. The position involves maintaining payer contracts, fee schedules, and configuration rules while developing documentation and test scenarios for system changes. The specialist also monitors post-production audits, runs ad-hoc reports, and assists in vendor audit compilation to enhance revenue cycle performance.
