The Conflicts Attorney at Gibson Dunn will manage the review and analysis of conflicts of interest for new client matters, new attorney hires, and lateral candidates across U.S. offices. The role involves ensuring compliance with firm policies and professional responsibility rules, obtaining waivers, drafting ethics memos, and coordinating with partners and the General Counsel’s office.
