Conflicts Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join a premier international labor and employment law firm. This fully remote position involves evaluating and resolving potential conflicts for new business, lateral hires, and RFPs. The role requires working closely with attorneys, the General Counsel’s Office, Risk Management, and intake professionals to ensure compliance with legal ethics and professional responsibility rules.
