Congress and Events Coordinator

MannKind Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Congress and Events Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and project coordination support for the planning and execution of company congresses, regional and industry events, advisory boards, Key Opinion Leader engagements, and internal meetings. This role coordinates and supports the day-to-day operational requirements of assigned programs, including maintaining project timelines, supporting registrations and housing, organizing event materials, and coordinating vendor and venue communications. The position also involves assisting with budget and invoice administration and providing on-site logistical support as needed.
