Grace Church
The Ministry Residency Program is a 12-month leadership development initiative designed for recent college graduates or those with equivalent experience seeking a bridge into ministry. Residents gain invaluable hands-on experience comparable to a director level within a specific ministry area, preparing them for more permanent church roles. The program includes weekly leadership training, coaching, and opportunities to lead ministry activities and teams.
We’re an independent local church made up of people who desire to know Jesus, learn from the Bible, worship together, and connect with each other.
