Grace Church
The Ministry Residency Program is a 12-month leadership development initiative designed for individuals who have completed college or equivalent experience and are seeking a bridge to permanent ministry roles. Residents gain invaluable experience comparable to a director level within a specific ministry area while receiving weekly leadership and spiritual development training. The program aims to prepare participants for future leadership positions within the church through hands-on ministry activities and coaching.
