About this role
A Customer Relations Advisor at Konecta will be based in Freyming-Merlebach supporting a leading gaming client through multichannel customer service. The role is a 6-month renewable fixed-term contract (35 hours/week) starting with mandatory training and may transition to telework after competency and eligibility checks. Konecta is a major European provider of outsourced multichannel customer experience services.
