Constructability Review Specialist

The Constructability Review Specialist supports the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative during the preconstruction phase by reviewing project scope, schedules, and design documents for constructability and coordination. This role identifies inconsistencies, conflicts, errors, and omissions within design documents while providing value engineering recommendations to ensure effective coordination across design disciplines. The position plays a key role in reducing potential RFIs, change orders, project delays, and construction issues through comprehensive and collaborative design and constructability reviews.
