This role supports the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative during the preconstruction phase by assisting in defining project scope, reviewing schedules, and coordinating design efforts. The position involves performing constructability reviews, ensuring document coordination between disciplines, and making value engineering recommendations to reduce RFIs and change orders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction administration or project management on large public or educational facility projects.
