Construction Administrator

The Construction Administrator leads consistent, high-quality Construction Administration across multiple active projects, ensuring RFIs, submittals, field reports, change orders, and issue resolution are managed proactively and closed out completely. The role brings strong expertise in sequencing, means-and-methods realities, and common failure points to help teams make sound decisions during construction, protect life safety and owner value, and avoid rework. In addition, the position strengthens performance by capturing lessons learned and translating them into practical standards, tools, and coaching, while building trusted relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants.
