About this role

This role serves as the on-site field point of contact for Primer's expanding network of K-8 school construction projects, acting as the primary liaison between general contractors, subs, and headquarters. Responsibilities include managing submittals and RFIs, conducting site walks, capturing field documentation via Matterport and drones, and overseeing warranty work to ensure project compliance and progress.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary field point of contact for all project stakeholders
Manage submittals, RFIs, and project schedules across active sites
Conduct regular site walks to document progress and identify issues
Capture field documentation using Matterport scans and drone footage
Oversee warranty work and coordinate repairs post-opening

Skills

Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or ArchitectureFAA Part 107 Drone Certification
