The Construction Estimator will own the bid pipeline for commercial retail and restaurant projects, handling quantity takeoffs, preparing bid packages, issuing RFQs, and managing subcontractor communications. The role requires coordinating multiple concurrent bids, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate bid coverage while learning Chicago-specific codes and rates.
