Junior Estimator

The Junior Estimator prepares accurate, complete, and competitive bids and budgets for commercial construction projects, serving as the lead estimator on small bids and owning individual trade packages within larger bids. This role involves performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing bid documents, evaluating subcontractor coverage, and coordinating scope with trade contractors. The position works from the corporate office in Frederick, MD, with occasional travel to jobsites and other offices.
