Construction Estimator

This role assists with the pre-construction and estimating of multi-family, mid-rise, mixed-use, and office projects for Northwood Ravin. The position involves collaborating with owners, developers, architects, and consultants to ensure accurate budgets and cost management. Key responsibilities include performing quantity take-offs, evaluating subcontractor proposals, and supporting financial and schedule management tools.
