Construction Estimator

This position is primarily responsible for estimating large and/or complex construction jobs, negotiating job scopes, and ratifying contract amounts. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients while interfacing with insurance representatives throughout the estimating phase. It requires handling full project negotiations and assisting the Project Management team with change orders and supplements.
