Responsibilities

Direct all on-site construction activities for a $900M+ industrial facility
Serve as primary construction interface with the U.S. Army and Government stakeholders
Manage subcontractors, self-perform crews, and specialty trades
Implement and enforce construction safety programs compliant with USACE and OSHA standards
Oversee cost, schedule, and earned value performance including change control and claims avoidance
