About this role

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Construction Manager to provide field leadership and day‑to‑day oversight for major nuclear construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Director of Construction, the role coordinates contractors, monitors subcontractor performance, and serves as a liaison between construction management, engineering, project controls, quality, and craft teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.

Responsibilities

Provide daily field oversight of construction activities
Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against schedule, budget, and quality
Lead subcontract and contract management, including scope reviews and issue resolution
