About this role

The HR Generalist serves as the operational backbone of the HR team, delivering hands-on support across the entire employee lifecycle for a fast-growing AI tech-enabled startup in the nuclear energy space. This role manages day-to-day HR operations including leave administration, onboarding, offboarding, and systems accuracy while serving as the primary resource for employee relations and general HR inquiries. The position requires close collaboration with HR leadership to ensure compliance, enhance processes, and support a distributed and technically complex workforce.

Responsibilities

Administer employee leaves of absence and coordinate disability claims
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
Serve as UKG super-user for employee data and system transactions
