Construction Manager

The Construction Manager oversees the construction of new restaurant locations and renovation projects from permit issuance through certificate of occupancy. This role serves as the primary owner's representative, managing general contractor performance, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with design and operations teams. The position reports to the SVP of Construction & Design and supports the expansion of concurrent construction projects across multiple markets.
