You’ll shuck, slice, and plate with precision, using citrus, salt, and the best seafood we can find. It’s a role for someone who loves clean flavors and beautiful presentation, and keeps a spotless, well-organized station. Internal candidates must be in good standing and free of performance issues including 1-year time-period. Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
