Construction Superintendent

Southway is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations and deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and on budget in North Carolina. The role involves partnering with the Project Manager to manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety while building strong relationships with owners and trade partners. Success in this position requires a proactive leader who develops field teams and ensures projects meet quality standards from preconstruction through closeout.
