Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the on-site planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities for various project types, including multi-family, affordable housing, and commercial developments. This role serves as the primary field leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents and building codes. The position involves daily supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and field staff, as well as coordination of inspections, material deliveries, and safety protocols.
