About this role

The Consultant, Operational Risk serves as a day-to-day operational risk partner for the Retail Advice & Solutions Distribution portfolio, collaborating with business leaders and control partners to identify, assess, and manage operational and regulatory risks. The role involves supporting the implementation of risk and compliance requirements, conducting risk reviews, and monitoring issues to ensure effective control frameworks. This position contributes to the Risk Management Centre of Excellence by providing practical advice and driving continuous improvement in risk management processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as operational risk partner for Retail Advice & Solutions Distribution business areas
Assess design and effectiveness of processes and controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Coordinate risk reviews and consultations for projects, products, and process changes
