Consultant

The Consultant serves as a subject matter expert and trusted adviser on Regulatory Change Management (RCM) governance, oversight, data, and reporting within Northern Trust's Global Regulatory Change Management team. This role independently leads complex deliverables, provides constructive challenge, and influences stakeholders across business units and lines of defense to ensure effective regulatory change obligations. The position involves designing governance frameworks, managing data quality, and supporting senior management forums to drive continuous improvement and enterprise maturity.
