Consumer Co-ordinator

The Consumer Co-ordinator serves as the primary point of contact for consumer enquiries across owned channels for Whyte and Mackay's single malt whisky brands, including The Dalmore, Fettercairn, Jura, and Tamnavulin. The role involves triaging and responding to customer queries, managing DTC order monitoring, and supporting the despatch team to ensure timely and accurate service. Additionally, the coordinator contributes to FAQ planning, social media engagement, and continuous improvement of the consumer service experience.
