About this role

The Manager, Consumer Experience leads a hybrid team of onsite and remote CX Representatives to deliver consistent, high-quality consumer service and drive operational excellence. The role oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, systems, reporting, training, and QA while aligning CX strategies with broader Retail and Brand initiatives. The manager analyzes Voice of the Consumer data and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement, and partners cross-functionally to ensure a seamless consumer journey.
