Consumer Services Coordinator

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, this role coordinates services and support for consumers in the San Bernardino Preschool Central area, including driving to surrounding communities. The position involves evaluating consumer progress, advocating for families, and managing case coordination activities in compliance with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. The coordinator also handles crisis intervention, placement activities, and maintains thorough documentation for various programs and reviews.
