Consumer Technology Associate - Emerging Leaders Program

The Sonoco Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is an entry-level rotational leadership development program that prepares recent graduates for operations and business leadership roles across Sonoco’s diverse manufacturing business units. Participants receive structured technical, leadership, and business training while completing project work and rotations to develop managerial capabilities. The program emphasizes culture integration, flexibility in location and shifts, and aims to accelerate participants into roles such as Plant Manager, Supply Chain Leader, or Director-level positions.
