Contact Center Director

The Contact Center Director oversees Acuity Eye Group's full contact center operation, managing both an external inbound call center and an in-house team responsible for outbound calling, medical records, and scheduling. This role is accountable for external partner performance, direct team management, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience across phone and digital contact channels. The position partners closely with regional and clinic leadership to optimize scheduling accuracy, appointment access, and rapid resolution of patient concerns.
