Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager reports to the Plant Director and leads the development, coordination, and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing plant. This role drives Lean strategies, mentors employees in CI tools, and collaborates with plant leadership to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost‑saving goals.
