About this role
The CI Kaizen Specialist I at Watts supports lean transformation and employee engagement to foster a “creativity before capital” mindset. The role partners with site leadership and the Continuous Improvement team to run rapid experiments and support site transformation using Lean processes. This onsite position is based in Menomonee Falls, WI and reports to the Continuous Improvement Leader.
