Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager supports the Hermitage location, splitting time between the Cookie and Cone plants while reporting to the Director of Operations. This role combines leadership with analytical and line-side execution to provide end-to-end ownership of the improvement pipeline, establishing sustainable standards and best practices. The position focuses on leading structured problem solving, Design of Experiments, and driving performance improvements across key operational levers.
