About this role

This role involves scaling Invisible’s technical talent pipeline by building and maintaining evergreen pipelines of world-class engineers for data engineering, machine learning, and full stack development. The position requires proactive sourcing, collaboration with sales and delivery leads, and ensuring qualified engineers are ready for deployment to customer-facing teams. It is a 3 to 6 month contract engagement focused on fast, high-quality hiring in a dynamic, customer-responsive environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for data engineering, machine learning, and full stack development
Collaborate with sales and engineering leadership to forecast hiring needs tied to customer deployments
