Contractual CFO – M&A / Virtual CFO

This role involves partnering with the Promoters and Leadership Team to translate M&A vision into a structured corporate growth strategy for a leading player in the Landscape and Horticulture industry. The position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic M&A transactions to strengthen market position and accelerate long-term growth. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end M&A lifecycle, from target identification and due diligence to negotiation and deal closure.
