The role coordinates the design and execution of the Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA)/Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for Marketing and Franchise Development within Citi’s US Personal Bank. It focuses on strengthening control execution, improving identification and remediation of control issues and operational risk events, and ensuring adherence to the ORM policy and related standards. The position works across stakeholders to maintain MCA inventories, reporting, and organizational readiness for control requirements.
