Controller (Accounting)

The Controller at Butcher Power Products oversees the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the general ledger within a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This hands-on role ensures a disciplined month-end close, maintains GAAP-compliant financial statements, and drives continuous improvements to accounting processes and controls. Reporting to the VP of Accounting, the individual also mentors teams and prepares the function for future expansion into AR/AP and project accounting.
