About this role

The Interim Corporate Controller will lead and oversee all corporate accounting operations for a global software and professional services organization during a critical transition period. The role sits on the Finance & Accounting leadership team and manages multi-entity, international accounting activities and financial reporting. It focuses on maintaining accurate consolidated financial statements, strong internal controls, and scalable processes in a SaaS and professional services context. The position also partners closely with executives, boards, auditors, and external advisors on strategic and compliance-related initiatives.
