About this role

The Controller at Acquisition.com is responsible for designing and executing a scalable accounting and reporting function that supports company growth. Reporting to the CFO, the role involves managing GAAP-compliant general ledger accounting, overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606. The Controller will also lead the accounting team, establish internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing financial visibility to executives and stakeholders.
