We are seeking an experienced Controller to take ownership of the financial operations for a growing residential real estate portfolio. This high-impact role involves building structure, driving efficiency, and owning the financial close process end-to-end while working closely with the CFO. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, oversee QuickBooks Online transactions, and implement process improvements to streamline reporting.
