About this role

The Controller serves as the senior accounting authority for Boundless Learning, leading the integrity, timeliness, and control environment of accounting and financial operations across US, Canada, and UK entities. This role is accountable for month-end close, financial reporting, technical accounting, external audit, tax, compliance, and control. Additionally, the Controller acts as the Finance team's point person for technology-enabled improvements, partnering with Technology to identify and adopt new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting function and ensure complete monthly close across US, Canada, and UK entities
Oversee financial reporting, technical accounting, external audit, tax, and compliance requirements
Drive finance transformation by implementing process automation and technology-enabled improvements
