Cook - SNF/Logan

The Dietary Cook prepares meals in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as established facility policies. This role involves reviewing menus, preparing meals according to planned menus and therapeutic diets, and ensuring food procedures are followed. The position requires collaboration with the Dietitian or Director of Food Services to implement recommended changes and maintain adequate stock levels.
