This role ensures the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to standardized recipes and menu cycles. The position involves tasting and preparing food to determine quality and palatability while maintaining high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene. The incumbent supervises the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef and ensures all food production is conducted in a safe, efficient, and sanitary manner.
