Farmer Focus
The Cooler Guard is responsible for ensuring 100% inspection, verification, and accurate recording of all product entering and exiting the coolers at the Acorn Facility. The role supports cooler organization, inventory accuracy, product rotation, and operational readiness by maintaining proper SKU placement and comparing physical inventory to the PI system while adhering to food safety and housekeeping standards.
