Coordinated Access Network (CAN) Navigator

The Coordinated Access Network (CAN) Navigator provides support to clients on the Shelter Stand-by list awaiting housing placement. This role involves conducting assessments, educating clients on the CAN process, and facilitating linkages to community resources and benefit programs. The position also includes advocating for clients with landlords and maintaining accurate data within the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
